I'm Jennifer, a mother, a glam-ma, a business owner, a corporate executive, an open heart surgery survivor and a woman who knows what it feels like to rebuild her life from the ground up.

There was a time when I lost complete confidence in myself. A time when I questioned my worth, my future and whether I would ever feel like 'me' again. Like so many women, I found myself navigating challenges I never expected and learning that healing isn't always a straight line.

But what I've discovered through every setback, heartbreak and obstacle is this: resilience is a choice.

Over the years, I've built successful businesses, led national teams, survived experiences that could have broken me and continued to back myself even when life felt incredibly hard.

The Sparkle Project was born from that journey.

It was created for every woman who has ever forgotten how powerful she is. Every woman who has doubted herself, put herself last, stayed too long, played small or wondered if her best days were behind her.

Because I want you to know what I eventually learned:

You are stronger than you think. You are more capable than you realise. And it is never too late to reinvent yourself.
